Terms & Conditions – NS Belgium Limo

Welcome to NS Belgium Limo. By booking or using our services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

General

  • NS Belgium Limo provides chauffeur-driven transfers, airport rides, city-to-city travel, courier services, and special event transport.

  • These terms apply to all bookings made via our website, phone, or email.

  • By confirming a booking, you accept these terms on behalf of yourself and any passengers.

Bookings

  • Bookings must include pickup location, drop-off location, date/time, and number of passengers.

  • Flight details must be provided for airport transfers to enable real-time tracking.

  • Bookings are confirmed only after you receive a confirmation email or message from NS Belgium Limo.

Prices & Payments

  • Prices are given at the time of booking and include vehicle, driver, and standard services.

  • Additional charges may apply for waiting time, extra stops, tolls, parking, or special requests.

  • Payments can be made by credit/debit card, PayPal, bank transfer, or cash.

  • For corporate accounts, invoices may be issued on a monthly basis by prior agreement.

Cancellations & Refunds

  • Free cancellation up to 24 hours before pickup time.

  • Cancellations within 24 hours of pickup may incur up to 100% of the booking fee.

  • No-shows (when the passenger does not appear at the agreed time and place) are non-refundable.

  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 5–10 business days.

Passenger Responsibilities

  • Passengers must ensure they provide accurate details when booking.

  • Seatbelts must be worn at all times.

  • No smoking, illegal substances, or abusive behavior is permitted in our vehicles.

  • Any damage caused by a passenger to the vehicle will be charged accordingly.

Luggage & Belongings

  • Each passenger is allowed one standard suitcase and one carry-on bag unless otherwise agreed.

  • Oversized items (e.g., skis, bikes, instruments) must be declared in advance.

  • NS Belgium Limo is not responsible for lost or forgotten items left in the vehicle.

Waiting Time & Delays

  • For airport pickups, 45 minutes of waiting after flight landing is included. After this, waiting fees may apply.

  • For non-airport pickups, 15 minutes of free waiting is included.

  • We monitor flights and traffic, but we are not liable for delays caused by airline schedule changes, extreme traffic, weather, or events outside our control.

Vehicle & Chauffeur Allocation

  • NS Belgium Limo reserves the right to upgrade or substitute vehicles if the booked vehicle is unavailable.

  • Chauffeurs are professional and trained; however, passengers must comply with their safety instructions.

Liability

    • NS Belgium Limo is not liable for missed flights, trains, or events caused by circumstances beyond our control (traffic, accidents, weather, strikes, etc.).

    • Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the booking.

Special Services (Weddings, VIP, Courier)

      • Special event bookings (weddings, VIP, long-distance rides) must be confirmed in advance.

      • Courier services are handled with care, but NS Belgium Limo is not liable for fragile or improperly packed items.
