How do I book a ride?

You can book your ride online through our website, by phone at +32 487 15 76 72, or via email at contact@nsbelgiumlimo.com.com . Simply provide your pickup location, destination, date, and preferred vehicle.

How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking at least 24 hours in advance to secure your preferred vehicle. However, same-day bookings are possible depending on availability.

Can I change or cancel my booking?

Yes. Bookings can be changed or canceled up to 24 hours before pickup free of charge. Cancellations made later may incur fees.

Airport Transfers

Do you provide airport transfers in Belgium?

Yes, we cover all major airports including Brussels Airport, Charleroi, Antwerp, and Liège. We also offer cross-border transfers to Amsterdam Schiphol, Eindhoven, Paris Charles de Gaulle, and Luxembourg.

What happens if my flight is delayed?

We monitor flights in real-time. Your chauffeur will adjust the pickup time and wait for you without additional charges for the first 45 minutes after landing.

Where will I meet my driver at the airport?

Our chauffeur will be waiting in the arrivals hall with a name sign and assist you with your luggage.

What vehicles are available?
